China Warman Gravel Pump SG and SGH pump is a horizontal cantilevered single casing centrifugal pump, euqivalent to Warman Gravel Pump G and GH. The SG Type gravel pump is suited for shorter-distance tunnelling applications. It's also widely used in slag granulation plants; The SGH Type heavy-duty gravel pumps is designed for higher-head inland dredging duties, long-distance tunnelling pipelines and slag granulation plants.

The Warman range of gravel pumps is designed specifically for the continuous pumping of extremely aggressive slurries, with a wide particle size distribution. Able to process large particles with consistently high efficiency, resulting in a low cost of ownership. The high volume internal profile of the housing reduces associated speeds, thereby increasing component life. In particular, warman gravel pumps are not coated in order to handle large particles.

● Warman China High Head SGH Gravel Pump is a horizontal cantilever centrifugal pump designed to handle the most difficult abrasive slurries that contain solids too large to be pumped by a common slurry pump.
● The construction of this pump consists of a single housing connected by means of clamping bands and a large wet passage. Wet parts are made of Ni-hard and chrome alloys with high abrasion resistance.
● Closed wheel with wide passage, good NPSH performance and abrasion resistance.
● All warman gravel pump wet parts are made of wear-resistant high chromium alloy material. They are suitable for sludge delivery in mining, metal smelting, dredging and barge loading.
● Bearing assembly – large diameter shaft with short overhang minimizes deflection and contributes to long bearing life.
● Housing – unique housing is made of high chrome alloy, provides long wearing time.
● Cover plate – wear is reduced and maintenance simplified through the use of tapered mating faces to allow precise, positive alignment during assembly and simple removal.
● One-piece chassis – a very robust one-piece chassis accommodates the cartridge bearing and shaft assembly. An external impeller adjustment mechanism is provided for easy adjustment of impeller clearance.
● The warman gravel pump discharge direction can be oriented in any direction of 360°.
● Sunbo warman gravel pump adopts international advanced technology, non-obstructing design with large flow channel and high-efficiency 3-vane closed impeller. Large solid particles are permitted.
● Impeller – 3-blade impeller, easily handling larger solids. The wheel and housing are threaded connection, no nuts needed. High efficiency, high head height designs are also available.
