China Warman Gravel Pump SG and SGH pump is a horizontal cantilevered single casing centrifugal pump, euqivalent to Warman Gravel Pump G and GH. The SG Type China gravel pump is suited for shorter-distance tunnelling applications. It's also widely used in slag granulation plants; The SGH Type heavy-duty gravel pumps is designed for higher-head inland dredging duties, long-distance tunnelling pipelines and slag granulation plants.
The range of China Warman Gravel pumps is designed specifically for continuous pumping of extremely aggressive slurries, with a wide particle size distribution. Capable of handling large particles at consistently high efficiencies results in low cost of ownership. The large volume internal profile of the casing reduces associated velocities further increasing component life. Especially , the gravel pumps are unlined in order to handle severe large-particles.

Features
● SGH high head warman gravel pump is cantilevered horizontal centrifugal pump designed for handling the most difficult higher abrasive slurries which contain too big solids to be pumps by a common slurry pump.
● Construction of this pump is of single casing connected by means of clamp bands and wide wet-passage. The wet-parts are made of Ni-hard and high chromium abrasion-resistance alloys.
● The discharge direction of pump can be oriented in any direction of 360°.
● closed impeller with wide passage, good performance of NPSH and abrasion resistance.
● All the wet parts are made of wear resistant high chrome alloy material. They are suitable for delivering slurry in mining, metal melting, dredging, barge loading.
● It adopt international advanced technology, non-clogging design with big flow channel and 3-Vane high efficiency closed impeller. Large solid particles are allowed.
● Bearing assembly – a large diameter shaft with short overhang minimizes deflection & contributes to long bearing life.
● Casing – single casing be made of high-chrome alloy, provide long wear time.
● Impeller – 3 vanes impeller, processing larger solids easily. The impeller and casing are threaded connection, no need nuts. High efficiency and high head designs are also available.
● Cover plate – wear is reduced and maintenance simplified by the use of tapered mating faces to allow positive accurate alignment during assembly and simple removal.
● One-piece frame – a very robust one-piece frame cradles the cartridge type bearing and shaft assembly. An external impeller adjustment mechanism is provided for easy adjustment of impeller clearance
